Crock Pot BBQ Pulled Pork

This one feels like you’ve slaved away all day, but your slow cooker does the heavy lifting. Perfect for sandwiches, tacos, or just on its own.

Ingredients
  

  • 3-4 lb pork shoulder
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce your favorite
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt + pepper

Method
 

  1. Place sliced onion at the bottom of the crock pot.
  2. Rub pork with spices and place on top.
  3. Pour broth + half of the BBQ sauce over it.
  4. Cook on low 8–10 hours. Shred and mix with remaining sauce before serving.

Notes

Serve on buns with coleslaw for an easy crock pot dinner
