Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice

This one’s kid-approved and super filling.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • cups rice cook separately, not in slow cooker
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Place chicken, soup, broth, and seasonings in crock pot.
  2. Cook on low 6–7 hours.
  3. Shred chicken, stir in cooked rice and cheese, and serve.

Notes

Add broccoli or peas to make it a one-bowl dinner.
