Easy Crock Pot Chicken and Rice

cream of chicken soup

garlic powder

onion powder

Italian seasoning

rice
cook separately, not in slow cooker

shredded cheddar cheese
Method
Place chicken, soup, broth, and seasonings in crock pot.
Cook on low 6–7 hours.
Shred chicken, stir in cooked rice and cheese, and serve.
Notes
Add broccoli or peas to make it a one-bowl dinner.
