Slow Cooker Chicken Tacos

Another weeknight lifesaver! Super versatile and everyone will love it.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs boneless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or DIY
  • 1 jar salsa 16 oz

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker. Sprinkle with taco seasoning and pour salsa over top.
  2. Cook on low 6 hours or high 3–4 hours.
  3. Shred chicken and serve in tortillas, taco bowls, or over nachos.

Leftovers make amazing quesadillas!
