Protein Iced Coffee Recipe

How to Make Protein Iced Coffee (That Actually Tastes Good)

If you’re anything like me, mornings are a little chaotic and the idea of having a quiet moment with a good coffee feels like a luxury. But this quick protein iced coffee recipe has become one of my favorite daily rituals.

It’s delicious, easy to throw together, and gives me a solid 31 grams of protein to start the day. I love it because it keeps me full, gives me energy, and feels like a little treat I look forward to each morning.

Here’s how I make mine:

Carbs: ~20–25g
Sugar: ~12–16g (mostly from the maple syrup and milk)
Note: Exact numbers can vary depending on your specific brands and measurements, but this gives you a general idea!

This is the kind of drink that feels indulgent but fuels your body at the same time. You can play around with the flavors too! Try cinnamon, caramel protein powder, or even skip the maple syrup if you want to lower the sugar. But for me, this combo is just right.
